Position: Cost Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Manage cost controls and oversee variance analysis, job ledger, and cost centers review.
- Own P&L responsibilities within ePCSR.
- Oversee AP and AR processes, including invoicing, AR aging, WHT, and DSO management.
- Supervise employee expenses reimbursement process.
- Manage WBS creation, updates, and review; serve as interface between project and project accounting.
- Implement standard costing procedures including multipliers.
- Prepare and review reports such as BOC1540, VOWD, Monthly Cost Report, and SOX compliance reports.
- Ensure accurate reporting of actual costs and estimates at completion through cost control procedures.
- Oversee timesheets management for UAE & Iraq, including role changes and approval batches.
- Act as focal point for internal and client audits.
- Review and validate project contractual documents like work orders, agency contracts, ICAs, etc.
Compliance, Finance, and Operation Support
- Oversee project CMC and P-cards for UAE & Iraq.
- Manage project finance processes such as petty cash, business advances, and per diems.
- Conduct financial assessments during tendering.
- Manage work permit applications and cancellations.
- Lead social security registration processes with DRSS.
- Report WHT status weekly for Iraq portfolio.
- Manage compliance and oversight of waivers, vendor contracts, and business courtesies.
- Prepare quarterly KPIs aligned with contracts.
- Develop project-specific procedures for cost and finance management.
- Supervise, train, and support cost control and project finance teams.
- Participate in department audits and support ad hoc requests from BOC.
