Job description

Charterhouse are working with a leading International Law firm who is looking for a Front of House/Office Assistant to join their offices in Abu Dhabi. Our client is seeking a UAE National with similar experience, it is preferable that the candidate has either Legal or Professional Services industry experience.

The Office Assistant will be providing administrative support and customer service such as, greeting clients into the business, answering inbound and making outbound calls. This role will be responsible for managing diaries, booking and supervising meeting rooms, scheduling transport for staff and clients, maintaining office supplies and overseeing petty cash and expenses. The Office Assistant will also track and ensure all calendars, procedures and accounts are up to date and efficiently monitored.

In addition, this role will be supporting the Office Manager and wider team with legal and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a Front of House candidate who is dedicated to further develop their professional career with Legal Services.

The ideal candidate must be professional, well-presented, self-aware, and responsible, with the ability to take initiative and pride in their work whilst thriving in a team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written. Previous experience as Front of House/Office Assistant within an international professional services organisation is a must.
