Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, print, and events).
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other departments for campaign assets.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain campaign trackers, collect campaign data, and generate performance reports.
  • Support CRM and lead database updates for sales/marketing alignment.

Content Coordination

  • Assist in preparing content calendars and scheduling posts on social media platforms.
  • Support in proofreading marketing materials and updating website content.

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage internal documentation such as briefs, invoices, and feedback logs.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items with the team.

Event & Promotional Support

  • Help in organizing internal/external events, trade shows, or brand activations.
  • Order and manage promotional materials and marketing collaterals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Internship or 02 years of relevant work experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment.
