Regional Sales Manager, Direct and Partner Sales (UAE & Middle East)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Vice President of Sales, IMEA

What You Will Be Doing:

The Regional Sales Manager will lead direct and partner sales efforts in North India, driving revenue growth through strategic leadership, direct customer engagement, and partner ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Lead direct sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Oversee contract negotiations and drive successful deal closures.

2. Partner Ecosystem Management

Strengthen and expand channel partner relationships to drive indirect sales.

Recruit, enable, and manage high-potential partners.

Develop partner-specific business plans and go-to-market strategies.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine sales strategies.

Provide insights to optimize business growth opportunities.

Monitor sales performance and generate detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.

Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to post-sales to enhance customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in sales, including 8+ years in direct and partner sales within UAE & Middle East.

Proven expertise in the technology, cloud, enterprise software, or IT solutions sectors.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through both direct and channel sales.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders effectively.
