Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Head of B2C, the B2C E-commerce Manager, MEA, is responsible for overseeing the online sales and marketing efforts within local markets. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing local plans for acquisition and retention digital marketing programs (paid and organic search, display, email) aligned with the global B2C marketing strategy to meet revenue goals.
  2. Managing the marketing budget and allocating spend across digital media channels to optimize results and achieve acquisition and cost-per-sale targets.
  3. Setting campaign goals and partnering with media agencies for planning, buying, and optimization.
  4. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting performance metrics, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
  5. Managing the P&L for the B2C business and collaborating across functions to enhance profitability.
  6. Publishing content on the website (AEM) to support SEO and regulatory compliance, and monitoring website performance.
  7. Staying updated on competitor activity to position AGA effectively in the market.
  8. Managing third-party agency relationships to ensure program efficiency.
  9. Rolling out key initiatives such as ACPR, rebranding, and Allyz B2C.
  10. Conducting deep dive reviews of programs and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  11. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing best practices within the B2C community.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience focusing on acquisition and retention
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
  • Experience in multicultural environments is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative, analytics-driven, with the ability to translate data into action
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
