With their continued success, they are now expanding in the Middle East and are seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions to life insurance companies across the region.

Role

• Drive new business sales within the Middle East life insurance sector
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closure
• Engage with business stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Distribution) and IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Innovation Heads)
• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to regional needs
• Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, consultants, and tech vendors

Experience

• 15–20 years in enterprise software sales (preferably SaaS / InsurTech)
• Strong relationships with decision-makers across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait
• Expertise in automation, AI, low-code / no-code, and digital transformation platforms
• Familiarity with core insurance systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, FINEOS)
• Proven hunter with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals
• Opportunity to lead and scale Middle East growth for a market-leading platform
