A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, including budget development, financial reporting, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and experience in property management accounting. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with property managers, homeowner's associations, and other stakeholders to address financial concerns and support strategic planning initiatives.
Oversee rental pool operations, including P&L preparation, VAT invoicing, profit distribution, and budget preparation.
Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
