A leading global organization is seeking a senior HR professional to drive transformational change in their HR function across the GCC region. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business goals, overseeing processes, and modernizing the HR approach through innovative strategies and technology. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the MENA region and a strong leadership background in startup environments.

With a presence in over 15 countries and more than 5,000 employees, this organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of transformation across the business.
The transformation will be key in enhancing the capability, talent, technology, and processes in the HR function and how it interacts with the business. The investment in its people and development of the Human Resources team will coincide with continued growth of the business globally.
The Role
This critical appointment will be one of the leaders in driving this transformational change and will report into Chief HR Officer.
As sole contributor, you will oversee and work closely with the business in the GCC region to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organisation. You will ensure that the region’s HR processes, and strategy are consistent and travel frequently across the region to develop key stakeholder relationships.
The Criteria
This position will best suit a hands-on, exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to lead a startup operation. You will also have the ability and desire to travel frequently across the GCC region on and take on operational tasks where required.
This will be an opportunity to leave a legacy and modernize this team and their approach to working with the business through progressive people strategies and new HR technology.
Experience in the MENA region will be essential along with experience in similar positions from lean, start up environments where you have handled a high volume of employees.
