• Market and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide expert advice on property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, and area developments.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate deals and close transactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and manage leads using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• RERA License or Dubai Broker ID (mandatory)
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developments (eg, Marina, JVC, Downtown, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, Filipino, German, Chinese, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, French
• Freshers with sales experience and a valid RERA ID are also welcome
