Livbnb is a leading holiday home management company in Dubai, specializing in short-term rentals that deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and property owners. We manage a diverse portfolio of high-end apartments and villas across Dubai's prime locations, offering full-service solutions from marketing and guest relations to housekeeping and maintenance.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead the acquisition of new properties into our growing portfolio. This role is pivotal to our expansion, requiring excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new property owners who are interested in listing their units with Livbnb for short-term rental management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential property owners and developers across Dubai's key areas.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new holiday home listings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and brokers.
  • Present Livbnb's value proposition and management services to prospective owners.
  • Negotiate contract terms and onboard new properties efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new listings.
  • Track, analyze, and report on acquisition performance and market trends.
  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to expand the company's network and presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly short-term rentals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
  • UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
