Job Description

Summary:As a Guest Service Operator, you will be the voice of our hotel—connecting with guests and ensuring their needs are met with a personal touch. Your main duties include managing incoming calls, assisting guests with inquiries, and enhancing their overall experience. We are committed to providing unforgettable experiences through exceptional service that reflects our dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet callers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming experience from the first interaction.
  • Provide Stellar Service: Share insider tips about hotel amenities, attractions, and dining options to make each interaction memorable.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and comfort, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Streamline Communication: Connect guests with the appropriate departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate logs of calls, messages, and requests for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
  • Stay Prepared: Be familiar with hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

  • Luxury Experience: Proven experience in a luxury hospitality setting, demonstrating sophisticated and discreet service skills.
  • Exceptional Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined approach to guest interactions.
  • Operational Knowledge: Proficiency in hotel management software and understanding of luxury service protocols.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
