Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end logistics activities across GCC markets including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high service levels.
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure full compliance with regional import/export regulations, including SABER (Saudi Arabia), Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS), and other relevant country-specific requirements.
• Handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of all necessary customs and clearance documents.
• Vendor & Freight Forwarder Management
• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, negotiate rates, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate closely with commercial, finance, and warehouse teams to align supply chain planning with business goals.
• Provide proactive updates and resolutions to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Reporting & KPI Tracking
• Track key logistics KPIs such as lead time, delivery accuracy, freight cost efficiency, and clearance cycle time.
• Share regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Market Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on GCC-specific logistics trends, customs procedures, and regulatory changes.
• Propose and implement logistics process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
