We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team in Dubai. The COO will collaborate closely with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring initiatives.

1. Translate strategic plans into actionable steps to foster growth, including organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
2. Oversee company operations and employee productivity, cultivating an inclusive culture that promotes team member thriving and achievement of organizational goals.
3. Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention strategies.
4. Maintain compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate actions when necessary.

Required Profile

Requirements:

• 20+ years of proven experience, including in the GCC region.
• Previous role as COO or Managing Director is essential.
• Experience working in regional architectural or consulting firms (small to medium size).
• Experience managing Finance, Project Management, Business Development, and Administration.

The position is based in Dubai.
