Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 17,000

About the Role:

Manage key HR functions across 8 to 10 offices. You will handle recruitment, HR operations, vendor management, compensation, and employee communication. This role also requires strong skills in reporting and business intelligence tools like Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring for different departments and locations
  • Work with managers to plan staffing needs
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR tasks
  • Ensure all processes follow UAE labor laws
  • Manage contracts with recruitment firms, insurance providers, and other HR vendors
  • Support payroll inputs and salary reviews
  • Help manage employee benefits and related queries
  • Help plan and run employee engagement activities
  • Share company updates and HR announcements
  • Use Power BI and Excel to create reports and dashboards
  • Share HR data and insights with management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws
  • Good with HR tools, Power BI, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
