The role involves assessing training needs, developing materials, and ensuring compliance through audits. QA AnalystAt Faham Group, we're seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join our team. This dual-focused role will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs while also conducting thorough operational auditing to ensure continuous improvement across our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTRAININGTraining Needs Assessment Conduct assessments to identify training needs across various departments. Collaborate with managers to determine skill gaps and competencies that require development.Training Program Development Design and develop training materials for White Collar staff Customize content to meet the specific needs of different roles and levels within the organization. Ensure all training materials are updated and align with company standards and objectives. Facilitation and Delivery Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques (e.g., presentations, role-playing, hands-on activities). Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed. Ensure a positive learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge retention.Training Evaluation and Improvement Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations. Gather and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.Product Knowledge Training Conduct product knowledge training sessions for newly hired white collar employees AUDITConduct Regular Audits Perform site visits to audit safety standards, quality, and compliance with operational protocols. Verify adherence to established processes and identify discrepancies or areas of non-compliance. Conduct customer calls to gather comprehensive feedback on all service stages, including sales, site measurement, and installation. Listen to customer service call recordings to identify improvement opportunities.Discrepancy Investigation Investigate reported discrepancies and document findings in the violation/discrepancy tracker.Recommendations for Improvement Provide management with actionable feedback on observed practices, suggesting enhancements to improve safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to refine training methods and materials based on feedback from installation teams.REPORTINGReporting and Documentation Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, effectiveness, and ROI for management review. Compile and present monthly audit reports highlighting opportunities identified during site audits. Generate monthly reports summarizing data from the violation/discrepancy tracker, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Certification : Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Six Sigma.Qualification : 3 years minimum Experience in similar portfolio.Arabic and English is MandateKnowledge of coaching models, soft skill facilitation, or leadership development.Understanding of process improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.Certification in L&D or Auditing. e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Six Sigma.Familiarity with the company s operational environment, Experienced in the same fieldProficient in creating training programsProficient in MS office and other tool for creating training materialExperienced in delivering face-to-face and virtual sessions to diverse audiences.Skilled in documenting workflows, SOPs, and identifying inefficiencies.Experience in conducting internal audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.Use of techniques like 5 Whys or Fishbone Diagrams to trace non-conformities.Strong analytical and technical report-writing skills for audit findings.Clear and confident communicator with cross-functional teams.High level of accuracy in documentation and observation.Proactive in identifying opportunities for process and performance improvement.Ability to meet deadlines in both scheduled training and audit cycles.
