Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily onsite operations and ensure work progresses according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage site labor force, subcontractors, and materials.
• Monitor and report progress delays and onsite issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports and attendance records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to onsite workers.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
