About the Role
Dynamic and strategic HR Manager with HR Business Partner responsibilities required to join a popular pharmaceutical company in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is instrumental in aligning business objectives with employees and management, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, employee engagement, and HR best practices. This individual will be required to partner with the business with close observation of operations within the HR and people space and providing strategic feedback and changes to the stakeholders based on analysis to implement positive change.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategies.Translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives that drive performance and business results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and support organizational change and development.Talent Management & Development:Lead the talent review process, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.Support performance management cycles and provide coaching to managers on employee development and feedback.Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs aligned with business priorities.Employee Relations & Engagement:Champion a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and a fair, respectful environment.Resolve employee relations issues effectively and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.HR Operations & Compliance:Oversee core HR functions such as onboarding, policy implementation, and HR reporting.Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and pharmaceutical industry regulations.Manage HR data and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.Recruitment & Workforce Planning:Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview frameworks, and strategic hiring plans.Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent within the industry.
Mandatory requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources positionMust be experienced in succession planning and facilitating interviewsBachelors degree minimum qualificationMust be living in or prepared to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah - this position is on site.
