We are seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join our Dubai team, focusing on Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors. The Principal Consultant role involves developing industry knowledge, building client relationships, and headhunting senior-level talent globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage full 360-degree executive recruitment processes, working with clients and candidates for senior management roles.
2. Specialize in a niche industry sector within our core markets globally.
3. Develop new business and foster client relationships.
4. Headhunt top industry talent for high-level vacancies.
5. Consult with clients on hiring executive staff and recruitment programs.
6. Work independently and as part of a team, growing your industry segment.
7. Support and mentor new team members, sharing knowledge through training.
8. Communicate and forecast business pipelines to Directors.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a 360 recruitment role within Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven success in building client relationships and making senior placements.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred but not required.
• Driven, confident, positive, and resilient individuals.
• Ability to meet targets and develop niche markets.
• Motivated to go beyond routine tasks.
