Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Horeca clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and effectively showcase product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product benefits tailored to the Horeca sector.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with profitability targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that resonate with Horeca operators.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales approaches and product development.
- Manage the sales pipeline through effective follow-up strategies, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any issues to foster long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain detailed customer records for analysis and reporting.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and industry insights to enhance team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Horeca sector or food and beverage industry.
- Relevant certifications in sales techniques or hospitality management are a plus.
- Experience in managing key accounts and a strong understanding of Horeca operations is essential.
- Nationalities from regions with a strong Horeca presence are preferred for cultural alignment.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events is essential.
