The Opportunity

As Head of Operations – International, you’ll be responsible for building and leading the end-to-end operational infrastructure to support Feel’s growth globally (GCC, EU, USA, UK). From global supply chain, procurement, fulfilment, customer service, regulatory compliance, and retail logistics - this is a mission-critical role that ensures we deliver a smooth, scalable, and customer-first experience in every market we enter.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth environments, has deep international and regional expertise, and understands the nuances of scaling D2C and retail operations in the UAE and wider GCC.

With suppliers, you’re direct and results-driven — you're not here to be polite if it means slowing things down. You’re not afraid to follow up every day if that’s what it takes. Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics, Fulfilment & Supply Chain
  • Manage regional fulfilment and warehousing operations globally.
  • Partner with 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimise shipping speed, cost, and service levels
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment with UK HQ
  • Monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Owning and monitoring cost bases for manufacturing through product life-cycle
Operational Set-Up & Compliance
  • Set up and oversee the operational backbone of the GCC business—systems, SOPs, and local vendor networks
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory and customs requirements (MOH approvals, product registration, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to establish best practices for market entry and sustainability
  • Conduct regular tenders and optimise supplier costs (3PL, Logistics, Manufacturing or products and components sourcing)
Retail & Marketplace Operation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support retail and e-commerce distribution (Amazon, Noon, pharmacies, etc.)
  • Manage B2B logistics, packaging localisation, and regional routing for smooth onboarding and replenishment
  • Support in-store and marketplace launches from an operational standpoint
Team Leadership & Culture
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on ownership, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Act as the key liaison between UK HQ and regional partners for operational alignment
Requirements
  • 8–10+ years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics roles—ideally in consumer goods, wellness, or beauty sectors
  • Strong understanding of the GCC market, including UAE import/export and health product regulations
  • Experience scaling e-commerce and retail logistics in the region
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • AI tool proficient with good prompting skills, Data-driven with a track record of process improvement and cost optimisation
  • Fluent in English, Arabic would be a bonus but not mandatory
