About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Brand Creative to join the Brand & Digital Marketing team at Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the development of emotionally resonant, on-brand creative storytelling across campaigns, content, and experiences, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand identity and strategy.
  2. Overseeing the creation and rollout of creative assets globally, managing agency relationships, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Partnering with internal departments (Marketing, PR, Digital, Commercial, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints.
  4. Translating brand strategy into high-impact creative concepts, contributing to the evolution of the brand’s visual direction, and identifying new formats and trends.
  5. Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, providing creative toolkits and training, and acting as the main contact for creative queries and design activations at the hotel level.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver creative excellence and support initiatives like property openings, partnerships, and brand activations.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Branding, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree and hospitality certifications are a plus.
  2. Strong conceptual thinking, refined design aesthetic, excellent visual storytelling skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  3. Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to execution, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
  4. Deep understanding of brand strategy, development, and marketing, preferably with experience in hospitality or related industries.
  5. Effective communication skills, including presentation, writing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; team-oriented with a proactive attitude, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
