• Oversee daily plumbing operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with other trades and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems into overall building infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing installations, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in plumbing technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in UAE.
• Experience in commercial and residential plumbing projects, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing systems.
• Bilingual candidates preferred, with fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
