Job: Transguard’s Corporate Social Responsibility program includes social investments, charitable contributions, volunteer engagement and corporate sponsorships. The Social Responsibility Manager implements CSR initiatives, including social and environmental programs. The Social Responsibility Manager will also assist with the CSR budget process, monitor expenses and manage the procurement and payment processes for the CSR team.
Responsibilities:
Continuously improving Transguard’s accommodation welfare facilities/ services through CSR Audits
Developing an on-going portfolio of social events.
Ensuring the value-added spending of the CSR fund.
Identifying and implementing alternative welfare fund revenue streams.
Identifying new products and service providers to further enhance Transguard’s current social welfare offerings.
Managing the communication with Business Units with regard to the welfare of their accommodated staff.
