Position Overview

As an HR Specialist at Delta, you will play a central role in managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting long-term strategic initiatives. From talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance, you'll help ensure that Delta remains a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HRIS system
  • Provide support for payroll, benefits, and performance management activities
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support requests
  • Assist with policy updates, documentation, and process improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
