Job Summary:

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Construction Helpers to assist skilled workers on-site. The ideal candidate will perform general labor duties, support construction activities, and ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist masons, carpenters, and other skilled workers in construction activities.
2. Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
3. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, cement, and other materials as required.
4. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstructions.
5. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines.
6. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
7. Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding.
8. Perform digging, leveling, and backfilling tasks as required.
9. Assist in transporting and organizing construction materials.
10. Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: No formal education required (basic literacy preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive work is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for long hours in various weather conditions.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Age Limit: below 40 preferred.
