  • Manage and execute media trips in Indonesia, Australia, and Malaysia, and oversee broadcast projects in South Korea.
  • Develop and implement content partnerships in Australia and Indonesia.
  • Continuously review and explore new, out-of-the-box PR opportunities that could benefit DCTCM in attracting more travellers from key markets.
  • Proactively identify and act on opportunistic PR opportunities that align with DET's strategic goals.

3) Reporting & Communication:

  • Manage and deliver PR campaign performance reports, including MDRs and DGRs.
  • Attend weekly or biweekly 360 meetings to provide PR updates to internal team members.
  • Report to the Marketing Planning team on budget utilization and project progress as required.

4) Responsiveness & Compliance:

  • Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environment, health, and safety policies, fostering a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Adhere to the DET Code of Conduct, promoting a positive, respectful, and transparent office environment.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and information security, staying informed about potential risks or breaches.

5) Planning & Strategy:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of all aspects of the approved annual PR projects across key market assigned, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Prepare New One Pagers for new opportunities or plans with the assistance of the Senior Manager.
  • Track and manage the content/editorial strategy, sharing GPO pitches with agencies and monitoring results.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling PR materials and present to senior stakeholders.
