Sales Manager - Dubai - iGaming Essential and Russian speaker

Join a leading Communications platform renowned for its focus on AI-driven communications. With a strong global presence, our client works with cutting-edge technologies and serves clients across IT, E-commerce, Telecoms, iGaming, and Social Media, with partnerships with major tech companies.

Due to growth in their iGaming portfolio, they are seeking a Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage an established network in the iGaming industry and stay informed about business trends and emerging markets.
  2. Expertise in direct selling and a proven track record of acquiring new clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
  4. Engage with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  5. Analyze customer needs, technical requirements, and challenges to tailor solutions.
  6. Demonstrate product value by highlighting relevant capabilities.
  7. Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing deals.
  8. Collaborate with Sales Operations to develop proposals, contracts, and close deals.
  9. Develop strategies for new client acquisition, market mapping, and analytics.
  10. Willingness to travel for global exhibitions and conferences.
  11. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  12. Maintain weekly and quarterly sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience.
  • Business-level proficiency in Russian.
  • MBA qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong presentation and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability to new processes and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Confidence and ability to engage with VP and CXO levels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Eagerness to understand technology.

Full relocation package offered. Salary AED 30,000 to 33,000 per annum (approximately 74k-82k). Compensation structure: 80% fixed, 20% variable, plus AED 2,500 monthly perks and insurance. Negotiable for the right candidate.
