We have an extensive portfolio including rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology, and lifecycle services. Our Mechanical Engineering Team utilizes cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a pipeline of Gas Processing and Acid Gas Treatment & Sulphur Recovery projects in the Middle East, aligned with the long-term business plan;
  • Strengthening customer relationships and expanding beyond well-known players;
  • Positioning Baker Hughes as a critical partner for Engineering, Procurement & Fabrication of Gas Processing & Treatment Solutions;
  • Collaborating with Communications to embed CTS NewCo solutions’ portfolio into Baker Hughes' value proposition (go-to-market package);
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to identify project development and funding opportunities in advance;
  • Working with Baker Hughes Commercial Excellence to formalize risk and commercial frameworks for new CTS Plants & Integrated Solutions in company tools;
  • Contributing to and owning the opportunities tracking report (Salesforce);
  • Driving sales and commercial integration activities, including reporting during reviews, newsletters, and leadership meetings.

  • Number of new opportunities
  • Orders
  • Customer engagement (attendance/visits)
  • Increase in new client portfolio
  • Participation in key gas processing events with speaking opportunities
  • Implementation of the commercial framework (processes, procedures, tools)
Qualifications for Success
  • Education from an accredited university or college
  • Relevant internal training for the offering portfolio
  • Ability to take ownership, execute, and shape results within a global matrix organization
  • Proven ability to close complex deals/business agreements
  • Customer intimacy skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
