What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide valuable support to the People team in talent acquisition:

  • Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices
  • Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active
  • Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment
  • Support on any special projects as required within the People team
  • Coordinate and track the progress of people's movements (transfers, promotions etc.) & HR data changes
  • Supports the People Lead on key people initiatives and projects

What you'll need:

  • GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency, family sponsorship or golden visa holders are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered) - this is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
