  • Manages a team of external company security colleagues, including their daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals, and personal development plans.
  • Compiles duty schedules for their area on a monthly basis, ensuring that annual leave plans support operational readiness and sufficient time off for colleagues.
  • Plans, books, and delivers on- and off-job training as required to ensure high service standards and security colleague development.
  • Openly communicates appropriate and useful information through various channels, including department meetings and briefings.
  • Motivates colleagues through effective implementation of incentive, recognition, and rewards programs.
  • Ensures departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards are implemented and maintained throughout their area.
  • Reviews and updates departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure high customer service levels.
  • Resolves service delivery defects, identifies trends, and shares observations and suggestions with their manager.
  • Reviews satisfaction results for their areas, identifies trends, and shares observations and suggestions with their manager.

  • Monitors security system performance (e.g., CCTV, access control) and reports irregularities.
  • Oversees daily security operations.
  • Liaises with authorities such as police and civil defense for communication and relationship management.
  • Interviews security colleagues prior to assignment in leisure facilities, coordinating with security service providers.
  • Enforces compliance with UAE laws, health, safety, and environmental policies, reporting concerns to management.
  • Manages emergency situations to minimize damage, loss, or injury.
  • Communicates relevant information to colleagues to improve internal communication.
  • Coaches, disciplines, and provides constructive feedback to motivate and improve performance.
  • Ensures colleagues abide by rules and safety measures at all times.
  • Prepares the leisure facility to be safe and operational before opening to guests and ensures it is secured after hours.
  • Schedules and conducts inventory and asset checks, reporting irregularities.

  • Conducts rounds and reports irregularities within the park premises.
  • Attends and facilitates VIP guest services, informing management as needed.

  • Handles lost and found property, ensuring its safekeeping and proper disposal as per policy.
  • Maintains effective communication and coordination with all departments.
  • Prepares and forwards daily security reports to the line manager and relevant personnel.

Essential:

  • Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
