Summary

As the FP&A Analyst, Global Consolidation at KAYALI, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating and analyzing financial results from all international markets and channels (D2C, B2B) for KAYALI. You will support accurate global reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and partner with regional finance teams to drive actionable insights for senior management. This role is based at KAYALI HQ in Dubai and is central to enabling data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, high-growth luxury fragrance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Global Financial Consolidation

  • Collate and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) from all global regions, ensuring accuracy and consistency with group standards.
  • Support the preparation of consolidated management reports and board packs, highlighting key KPIs, trends, and variances.
  • Assist with the financial closing process, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation of results with corporate reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI)

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather, review, and consolidate budget and forecast submissions, ensuring alignment with global targets.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes, building standardized templates and models for efficient data consolidation.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear explanations and recommendations to management.

Financial Analysis & Insight

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis by region, channel, and product line to identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Partner with commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights that optimize profitability and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis for new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansions.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Assist in the development and enhancement of consolidation and reporting models, driving automation and process efficiency.
  • Participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP upgrades and reporting tool implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or consolidation roles, ideally within luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
