KAIZEN is looking for a Finance Director to lead our Finance & Legal department. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping our financial strategy, managing risk, and overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and legal compliance. As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving decisions that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Strategy
- Optimize capital structure and financial performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and investment strategies
- Manage credit, market, and operational risk
- Lead accurate reporting : balance sheet, income statement, cash flow
- Submit monthly budget vs. actuals and gross profit per business unit
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with global financial standards
Operations & Risk Management
- Oversee cash flow, taxes, salaries, and vendor payments
- Implement robust internal controls and policies
- Strengthen relationships with banks, regulators, and auditors
- Build and lead a team of high-performers
- Promote continuous learning, coaching, and succession planning
- Ensure project invoicing, RERA compliance, and service provider payments
- Oversee legal collection efforts and manage legal risk
- Deliver timely consolidation, audits, and financial insights to stakeholders

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is required. An advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and strategic financial analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial and operational tools such as Xero, Socienta, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Experience within the real estate, property management, or investment sectors is considered an asset.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.
