• Develop and execute creative concepts for video and image content across our various brands, including our kids' soft play area, family entertainment centre, and kindergarten.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high quality videos and photos that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to create compelling visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and voice across all content, ensuring brand coherence and appeal.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in visual content creation and digital media.
• Work closely with our educators, event coordinators, and management teams to capture authentic and engaging moments that highlight our offerings and values.
• Manage and organize a library of digital assets, ensuring efficient access and usage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video and Image Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) and other tools
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and Facebook.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and Facebook as a skilled user
• Ability to travel and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the children's entertainment and education sectors, and a good understanding of the UAE culture are a plus.
