Document Controller
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all company documents ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Receive, review, classify, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure proper indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents using electronic and manual systems.
- Control and track document revisions and updates to maintain version integrity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding document management.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth document flow and control.
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
- Generate reports on document control activities and status.
POSITION IS TEMPORARY FOR 3 MONTHS, EXTENDABLE BASED ON REQUIREMENTQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document control or records management.
- Familiarity with document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
