  2. Offers innovative solutions that meet clients' needs while remaining cost-effective.
  3. Manages projects by creating timelines, adhering to budgets, and assigning staff members.
  4. Establishes client and sales goals, and tracks progress and other metrics.
  5. Maintains relationships with technology, software, and security vendors.
  6. Manages and assesses the performance of staff members who support sales and installation.
  7. Identifies staffing needs and collaborates with HR to pursue hiring.
  8. Specializes in IT needs for industries such as academics, finance, or healthcare.
  9. Maintains familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and developments.
  10. Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks.
  11. Upholds a high standard of customer service and measures client satisfaction.
  12. Attends industry events and trade exhibitions to stay updated on product releases and news.
