Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for spice products.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance product visibility and demand.
  • Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients and staff.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products.
  • Collect and relay feedback from clients to the product development team.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and performance.
Qualifications:
