Job Overview:

fäm Interior is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in sales or real estate, especially those with experience as a real estate agent who understand client needs and have a strong network in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building
  • Leverage existing real estate experience and networks to generate qualified leads for interior design and fit-out services
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners
  • Maintain a deep understanding of fäm Interior’s service offerings and communicate value to clients effectively
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the brand and grow the business pipeline
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (interior design or real estate preferred)
  • Previous experience as a real estate agent is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred
