Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of long-term technical Supply Chain projects / programs to ensure objectives are met according to plan, schedule, and budget, aligning with business goals.

Accountabilities

• Lead cost efficiency projects across the Technical Supply Chain.
• Identify, develop, and implement cost savings initiatives.
• Develop business cases to evaluate project feasibility.
• Lead the development of large project proposals and solution plans.
• Create, monitor, and update program work plans to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Communicate effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Analyze and review change requests for impact on timelines and budgets.
• Report key milestones and issues to senior stakeholders.
• Manage operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Lead program monitoring to highlight and manage risks and issues.
• Contribute to developing and improving project management policies and standards.
• Participate in updating Etihad's Project Management framework.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher (e.g., vocational certificate, Master’s).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, APM, PMI) or proven knowledge of methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
• At least 7 years' relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with programs / projects focused on Cost & Efficiency.
• Experience in building business cases for project feasibility.
• Experience in the aviation industry is highly preferred.
