Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting
• Skilled in cost control, value engineering, and risk analysis
• 2-4 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying or cost management

Role Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets
2. Measure quantities and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
3. Evaluate and certify contractor invoices and claims
4. Track project expenditures and cost variations
5. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
6. Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts
7. Support contract negotiations and risk management
