The Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager. This role primarily focuses on driving business growth through the acquisition of new Introducing brokers and strategic partners in the core regions and new clients. Close collaboration with internal teams across Trading Operations, Payments, Risk, Finance and Customer Service is essential to deliver a seamless client experience and support long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business & IB Acquisition: Drive regional growth by identifying and onboarding new IBs and HNW clients to meet revenue targets.
  • Sales & Performance: Act as a top-performing sales professional, consistently achieving growth objectives and representing the company at industry events and partner meetings.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with IBs, strategic partners and clients, providing ongoing support, training, and engagement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting & Insights: Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on performance, opportunities, and partner feedback.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or relationship management within financial services or brokerage.
  • Proven ability to acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) or institutional clients, with a strong understanding of FX and CFDs.
  • Solid knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional fluency in Hindi, Bengali, or Urdu is highly preferred.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
