Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with agency management to develop and lead our planning vision and proposition, leveraging innovative media solutions to drive business growth for clients, with a special focus on performance (DR) driven accounts.
2. Drive the exploration and deployment of best-in-class planning capabilities across the agency, including the use of new channels, methods, techniques, tools, and systems.
3. Build exceptional relationships with key partners, becoming the agency's external ambassador for ideas and innovation, and helping identify and connect key opportunities with media partners.
4. Lead, inspire, motivate, and grow a team of expert media planners and performance executives across all regions to create clear, robust, and thought-provoking campaign reviews and insights.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and prospective clients to identify and deliver media insights that improve business results.
6. Assist with new business development by providing deep insight and expertise as the planning expert, and develop an active PR role to raise the industry profile.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and independently when needed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think quickly.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze raw data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations. A love for numbers and proficiency in Excel are preferred.
• A passion for helping and developing people, being available to answer questions, offer support, and motivate success.
