Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing activities. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of remote and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate and manage marketing events, tradeshows, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage and update the company's website, social media profiles, and other digital marketing channels.
Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or smart home industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush, and the ability to assess agency work.
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho.
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or Jira.
Knowledge of communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI is preferable.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
