Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in e-waste recycling, electronics recycling, or waste management.
• Hands-on technical/dismantling experience preferred.
• Good communication and training/teaching skills.
• Experience working with or training persons with disabilities would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and segregate electronic/e-waste materials safely.
• Identify and separate reusable, recyclable, and hazardous components.
• Operate basic recycling tools and equipment.
• Maintain proper safety and environmental practices.
• Train and guide people with disabilities in basic e-waste handling and recycling activities.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and ensure quality and safety standards.
