Job summary

Sisco, on behalf of a reputed oil and gas client, seeks an E&I Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee field electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning at oil and gas facilities.

You will coordinate daily E&I activities, review drawings and specs, troubleshoot faults, ensure PTW/HSE compliance, and liaise with engineering, operations, safety teams to deliver safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Supervise field electrical installation and maintenance activities across oil and gas facilities.
• Knowledge of field instruments, control equipment and calibration.
• Identify and rectify electrical/instrumentation faults (troubleshooting).
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation documents.
• Understand safe work practices and permit-to-work compliance for E&I activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning at oil and gas facilities.
• Coordinate daily E&I activities and allocate work to technicians based on priorities.
• Review drawings, diagrams, specs, and docs before execution.
• Monitor installation and maintenance of equipment, instruments, control systems, cabling, panels, field devices.
• Troubleshoot faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.
• Ensure E&I activities comply with procedures, permit-to-work, and site HSE standards.
• Inspect completed work and support testing, commissioning, punch‑list clearance, and handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, mechanical, operations, safety and other teams to complete E&I safely.
