Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related E&I discipline
• Total quality experience of 15+ years, including at least 5 years in E&I Procurement Quality Control
• Experience with leading EPC companies such as L&T, Tecnimont, JGC, Técnicas Reunidas, Technip, Bechtel or Saipem
• Strong vendor inspection and QA expertise for electrical and instrumentation equipment

Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor inspections and quality surveillance for electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials
• Review technical specifications, drawings, ITPs, and vendor quality documents
• Verify inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and equipment documentation
• Monitor manufacturing, testing and acceptance activities to ensure project compliance
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions to closure
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, engineering and project teams
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records per project standards

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Procurement Quality Control Engineer to ensure the quality and compliance of procured electrical equipment, instrumentation, and associated materials for engineering and industrial projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor inspections and quality surveillance for electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and vendor quality documents.
• Verify inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and equipment documentation.
• Monitor manufacturing, testing, and acceptance activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, engineering, and project teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records in line with project standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant E&I discipline, as applicable to the position.
• Minimum 15 years of total quality-related experience, including at least 5 years in E&I Procurement Quality Control.
• Experience with leading EPC companies such as L&T, Tecnimont, JGC, Técnicas Reunidas, Technip, Bechtel, or Saipem.
• Strong experience in vendor inspection and quality assurance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
