Job summary

Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company limited is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for ADNOC-linked EPC projects in the UAE. Candidate will oversee daily allocation, supervision, and delivery of mechanical activities on live plants with strict HSE adherence.

Requirements include 3-4 years in Oil & Gas or EPC sectors and a mechanical engineering related qualification. Knowledge of PTW and ADNOC safety rules is essential, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
• Educational background in mechanical discipline as stated.

Responsibilities

• Allocates work to the workers on daily basis
• Supervises the work and ensures productivity
• Defines and requests equipment and materials daily
• Keeps records of the work time sheet
• Goes for inspections per quality control plan
• Guides and assists technically the workers
• Ensures work meets required quality standards
• Performs any other related duties as assigned

Job description

• Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them
• Allocates work to the workers on daily basis
• Supervises the work and ensures that productivity is maintained at high levels
• Defines and requests on daily basis equipment and materials necessary for the work
• Keeps records of the work time sheet etc
• Calls for inspection when parts of the work are ready as per the quality control plan
• Guides and assists technically the workers
• Ensures that the works are performed at the required quality standards
• Performs any other related duties as assigned
• High School or Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects
• Mandatory approval & existing account in Adnoc
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction activities
• Familiarity with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and isolation procedures
• Knowledge on ADNOC safety requirements
• Experience working in live operating plants is preferred
• Good communication and team coordination skills
