Key Responsibilities:

  2. Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination to ensure timely customer service.
  3. Monitor stock levels and inventory movements, ensuring accurate records and timely reorders.
  4. Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities and trending items.
  5. Plan and execute sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  6. Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and profitability (P&L) for continuous improvement.
  7. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to optimize storage, packaging, and shipping.
  8. Optimize product listings with strong content, SEO, and imagery to improve visibility and conversion.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align brand voice and resolve post-sale issues.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
  2. Proven track record in inventory management, order fulfillment, and sales forecasting.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience handling P&L reporting and KPIs.
  4. Proficiency in using e-commerce tools, platforms, and ERP/inventory software.
  5. Excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
