Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Executive

Industry: Fitness / Wellness solutions

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

Reports To: E-Commerce Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Contract: 2 Years

Shift: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Sales Executive to drive sales and manage product listings across key online platforms. You will oversee sales performance, optimize content, and execute advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Experience Level: Junior Associate Level

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving Sales Targets: Take ownership of e-commerce sales targets, driving growth and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
  2. Managing Marketplaces: Manage product listings across various online platforms, ensuring content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
  3. Invoicing & Order Management: Ensure timely invoicing and order fulfilment, coordinating with logistics teams.
  4. Advertising & Campaign Management: Run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads) to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
  5. Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on sales performance, ad campaigns, and customer behaviour, using insights to optimize strategies.
  6. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
  7. Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing or promotional strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce sales with hands-on experience in managing product listings and digital campaigns.
  2. E-Commerce Platforms: Proficiency in managing listings, orders, and campaigns on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon).
  3. Sales & Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed e-commerce sales targets.
  4. Marketing & Advertising: Experience running digital ads (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to boost product visibility.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce tools and CRM systems (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
  6. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in product listings and order processing.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
