JOB PURPOSE: As the E-Commerce Manager, your primary goal is to drive customer expansion and revenue growth for the e-commerce platform. You'll strategize and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to elevate user experience, boost engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive customer traffic, maximize conversions, and increase online sales.
- Monitor and manage the overall performance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal uptime, fast loading speeds, and seamless technical functionality.
- Lead the implementation of best-in-class UI/UX across web and mobile platforms to deliver a seamless and intuitive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to plan and execute impactful digital promotions, merchandising campaigns, and brand advertising initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end product catalog management, including product uploads, tagging, pricing, categorization, accurate descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
- Optimize product structure and categorization to enhance navigation, search functionality, and on-site discoverability.
- Track and analyze marketing and sales campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and recommend data-driven enhancements to improve ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of the website, mobile app, and API integrations to ensure content accuracy, product visibility, and effective CTA placements.
- Manage the inventory lifecycle through in-season stock analysis, markdown management, and sales performance reviews to maintain optimal stock availability and sell-through rates.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Report regularly to the Head of E-Commerce, providing detailed performance updates, sales insights, campaign analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in online merchandising, e-commerce catalog management, or third-party marketplace operations.
- Experience managing Magento-based e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
