Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Plan and implement online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns tailored to fashion consumers.
  4. Oversee the functionality, design, and performance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's style and quality.
  5. Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive.
  6. Collaborate with designers and IT teams to update content, product descriptions, and images regularly.
  7. Optimize the site for conversions, including implementing features like personalized recommendations and size guides.
  8. Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely availability of fashion collections.
  9. Use sales data to forecast demand and recommend adjustments to inventory and product mix.
  10. Highlight bestsellers and seasonal trends on the website to maximize sales potential.
  11. Oversee digital visual merchandising to showcase fashion products in an attractive and aspirational manner.
  12. Ensure adherence to the brand's style guidelines and seasonal themes across all e-commerce assets.
  13. Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, including web developers, content creators, and digital marketers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  3. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
  4. Knowledge of the fashion market, trends, and customer behavior.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  2. Expertise in visual merchandising and online fashion presentation.
  3. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
  4. Creative mindset with a focus on brand storytelling and customer engagement.
  5. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  1. Online revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
  2. Website performance (conversion rates, page load times, etc.).
  3. Effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns (traffic, engagement, ROI).
  4. Inventory sell-through rates and reduced stock-outs.
  5. Customer satisfaction and retention scores (e.g., Net Promoter Score).
